Privacy policy
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through this website is:
- Lares Energy S.r.l.
- Via F. Petrarca 24 — 20123 Milan, Italy
- Tax code and VAT number
- 07483770967
- info@laresenergy.com
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, the conditions under Article 37 GDPR not being met. Any question relating to the processing of personal data may be addressed to the email address above.
2. What data we collect
This is a static, informational website. It contains no contact forms, no restricted areas, no registration systems, no analytics tools and no third-party embedded content.
2.1 Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category includes IP addresses, browser and operating system type, the time of the request, the address of the requested resources and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment. Such data is recorded in the log files of the hosting provider.
2.2 Data provided voluntarily
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses shown on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and of any other personal data contained in the message.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Browsing data
- To ensure the correct functioning and security of the website and to establish liability in the event of computer crimes against the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Data provided voluntarily
- To respond to enquiries received and to manage any pre-contractual and contractual relationship arising from them. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Providing data is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide it means only that we will be unable to respond to the enquiry.
4. Processing methods and retention period
Data is processed by electronic means, for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Browsing data contained in log files is retained by the hosting provider for a limited period, as a rule no longer than twelve months, save for any investigation by judicial authorities. Email correspondence is retained for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry and, where a contractual relationship arises, for the periods required by civil and tax law.
5. Recipients
Data is not disseminated or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by parties providing ancillary services to the controller — in particular the hosting provider and the email provider — appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR, and by parties to whom disclosure is required by law.
6. Transfers outside the EU
The website embeds no third-party services, fonts, maps, videos or other content: simply viewing the pages generates no connection to external servers. Where the hosting or email provider also operates outside the European Economic Area, any transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
7. Rights of the data subject
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing and to data portability (Articles 15 et seq. GDPR).
Requests should be addressed to the controller at info@laresenergy.com. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or to seek a judicial remedy.
8. Automated decision-making
The controller carries out no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
9. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. See the Cookie policy for details.
10. Changes
The controller reserves the right to amend or update this notice, including as a result of changes in applicable law or in the services offered by the site. Changes will be published on this page together with the date of the update.
